Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Lagos Orders are processed within same-day while outside Lagos is 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
A) Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days.
B) Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and do not account for unforeseen delays like weather or customs clearance(in case of pre-orders).

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, package weight, and chosen shipping method which can be by air or road.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

International Shipping

We ship to other countries with an additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These payments are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs clearance

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items such as softwares and clearance items are non-returnable. Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team via email/phone number with your order details.
Once approved, you will receive a return instructions.
Returns must be shipped within 5 days of approval.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange

Exchange are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us same day you received with images or videos at the collection center. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
